An NYsCP User is the account you create to give your customers access to manage their hosting package(s) via NYsCP - your customer's control panel.
Creating a NYsCP User creates a username and password that you can give to your customer which will enable them to login to NYsCP and access their package. There is a guide on how to create a NYsCP User here.
